My name is Cheryl Perry and I am a realtor for ERA Doty Real Estate. I have a background in insurance where I retired as a property supervisor for a local claims office. I had, for many years, a desire to sell property as oppoised to estimating damage to property. Therefore, after leaving my previous position, I fulfilled that desire and became a real estate agent. I have been a Realtor since 2006. The message I would like to convey to the public is WHAT IS A REALTOR? Of course, a realtor lists and sells property but they are so much more. A realtor is someone who really cares and wants to help his or her clients. A realtor also represents buyers. Did you know you do not have to go from one realtor to another to look at properties you may be interested in? Chose a realtor you feel comfortable with and let them do the work for you. They can locate property based upon your wants and needs, set up appointments for viewing of the homes and take care of all the details and paperwork. ONE STOP SHOPPING.
