Hometown Flippin Agent for the Ozarks Area
After graduating from Flippin in 1992, I delved into International
Business Studies at Arkansas State University Jonesboro, earning an
esteemed degree that laid the foundation for my global perspective in
real estate.
In 1999, I obtained my broker's license, officially entering the world of real estate. Handling everything from property descriptions to owner financing options, I became the go-to problem solver. In 2013, I joined ERA Doty Real Estate, thriving and growing while accumulating accolades, including Realtor of the Year 2021 and recognition in the top tiers of ERA's selling brokers.
As a proud member of ARA and NAR, I actively contribute to the real estate community. In 2024, I was honored with an invitation to attend the Graduate Realtor Leadership Academy (GRLA), showcasing my commitment to professional development. Certified with AWHD and C2EX, I continuously pursue additional certifications to enhance my skills.
Beyond real estate, my diverse skill set includes achieving a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and teaching martial arts for years. Serving on local boards, I have been a President, contributing to community events and giving back through volunteer work.
My journey is marked by a playful spirit, a love for travel, and a genuine passion for helping people find their dream homes. With a focus on supporting active and retired military personnel and first-time homebuyers, I thrive on finding inventive solutions in the dynamic real estate landscape.
In my world, success is about forging lasting connections and ensuring every client feels truly understood and cared for. As challenges arise, I embrace the opportunity to innovate, support, and make dreams a reality.
